Service: Equipment was sent for repairs on a warranty claim and was returned with a missing part (Cable protector cover). Now the supplier won't replace or refund me with this part and I cannot use the equipment without the protection of the cables on the equipment. This will leed to damage and cost even more to replace cables. All I'm asking for is to return or replace what is owed to me. You can see in the photos that the cable are now exposed and should be covered with a black protection hose as displayed in the last photo. This machine has already cost me dearly and I cannot afford to spend another cent on it for repairs.

Firstly as i told you,this cable is damaged after it arrived in China.
Secondly,because of you wrote a wrong value in invoice,we paid more than 600usd and we did not require you pay for it
Thirdly,we repair this laser source very well,we tested more than 24 hours before we send to you,as you mentioned you can not use this machine without protective cover,then why you can not find it locally?(remember you own me 600usd)
Finally,we offer 2 years warranty,we take care of every honest client,you let us lose more than 600usd,but we did not let you pay for your mistake..Being a kind boy please!
